1. Overview

PicoJoy Pte. Ltd. ("PicoJoy", "we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile game Make24 - 24 Point Math Puzzle (the "App"). The App is a number puzzle game where players combine four numbers to make 24.

The App does not require users to create an account. The App does not include social posting, chat, user-generated content uploads, or public player profiles.

2. Information We Collect

We aim to collect as little information as possible for this App. The App may store gameplay information locally on your device, such as puzzle progress, settings, scores, hints, and other game preferences. This local gameplay data is used to make the game work and is not used to identify you.

If you contact us for support, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message content, screenshots, device model, operating system version, app version, and other details needed to respond to your request.

Depending on the platform, app store, or future app version, limited technical information may be processed to operate the App, diagnose issues, prevent abuse, or comply with platform requirements. This may include app version, device type, operating system version, language, region, diagnostic logs, crash information, and similar technical data.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide and operate the App's gameplay features.
• Save local game progress, preferences, scores, and settings on your device.
• Respond to support requests and troubleshoot reported issues.
• Maintain app stability, fix bugs, improve performance, and protect the App from misuse.
• Comply with applicable law, platform rules, and app store requirements.

We do not use support messages or local gameplay information to build public profiles about players.

4. Third-Party Services

5. Advertising

The first iOS release of Make24 - 24 Point Math Puzzle does not display advertisements. The hint feature in that version provides hints directly and does not require watching a rewarded video ad.

If advertising is enabled in a future version or on another platform, advertising partners such as Google AdMob may process advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, app activity, ad interactions, and similar data to deliver, measure, limit, and improve ads, subject to applicable law and platform consent requirements.

If we materially change the App's advertising or data practices, we will update this Privacy Policy and the relevant app store privacy disclosures as required.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is a general-audience puzzle game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law, without required parental consent.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information where required.

7. Retention and Deletion

Local gameplay data remains on your device unless you delete the App, clear its data, or use device-level controls that remove app data.

Support emails and related correspondence may be retained for as long as needed to respond to your request, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

You may request deletion of personal information you provided to us by contacting admin@picojoy.io. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

8. Your Rights and Choices

• You can delete local game data by deleting the App or clearing app data where your device supports it.
• You can manage device permissions and privacy controls through your device settings.
• You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information you have provided to us, subject to applicable law.
• If advertising is enabled in a future version, you may be able to manage tracking, personalized ads, and advertising identifiers through device or platform settings.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information we process. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. International Processing

PicoJoy is based in Singapore. If you contact us or use services connected to the App, information may be processed in Singapore and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such processing.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may be communicated through the App, app store listing, or our website where required.
